Nurse Review was founded by medical professionals who saw firsthand how the shortfall of proficient, professional nurses negatively affected healthcare outcomes. To meet the need, these professionals founded Nurse Review to supply a steady stream of highly-trained, professional RNs to healthcare facilities across the United States.

Executive Team

Nurse Review is an agile, provider-owned company–for customer-first, healthcare-focused solutions. Nurse Review’s principals are MDs and RNs with 35 years experience practicing medicine. We are driven by an ethical and moral responsibility to advance patient care and improve medical outcomes.

Marilou Quintana, BSN, RN, CCRN, MSN-FNP
President, Nurse Review
Marilou earned her BSN degree from RTR Medical Foundation College and achieved the top-most score on the Philippine Board of Nursing Licensure examination. She earned her MSN-FNP from the University of Cincinnati. Her hospital experience includes work in the ICU, CCU, and CVICU. She is an accredited ACLS teacher in the United States and the primary instructor for the Nurse Review’s rigorous NCLEX-prep program in the United States and the Philippines.

Robert E. Oravec III, MD
Vice President, Nurse Review
Robert earned his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Wyoming. Robert practices Family Medicine in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
